“Paint & Pulse” is a unique fusion of painting and music — an event where you let yourself be carried by the energy of the moment. In collaboration with a live DJ, I guide you on a creative journey where you express yourself through color and sound, arriving fully in the here and now.

What is “Paint & Pulse”?
Whether it’s for a retreat, festival, or private celebration, I lead you and your group through a creative session centered around music and painting. A live DJ provides the perfect soundtrack to amplify the creative energy in the room, helping you dive deeper into the moment with every brushstroke.

I provide all materials — paints, brushes, canvases — and guide you through the process. The session’s theme is flexible and tailored to your needs: from free expression to a shared creative focus that inspires the whole group. You’re invited to fully surrender to the flow.

I’m Sandra.
Born in Switzerland, free at heart — and creative since childhood.
Colors have always been my language.
I love painting and creativity — and everything it does for me.
Nowhere am I more present than with a brush and paint in hand.

Art is the space where I truly arrive.
When I paint, I am fully in the moment.
Connected to myself. To life. To something greater.

I believe creativity is more than just expression —
it is healing, grounding, and movement.
And I’m convinced: every person carries this power within.

I’m an open-hearted soul —
I love to laugh, often loudly and wholeheartedly. :)

I’m passionate about traveling, drawn to the new and the unknown —
especially where the sun shines, the sea whispers,
and I can stand barefoot in the sand.
